"3427833": "Congrats to all who have made submissions. We are almost at the end! \n\n Here’s a timeline of remaining events in the competition:\n\n- If you’re updating your database of 3D structures, note that the last [PDB](https://www.rcsb.org/) release before competition end is in <12 hours, at 00:00:00 UTC on Wed., March 25, 2026.\n- **The submission deadline is on 11:59:00 PM UTC on Wed., March 25, 2026**. To be considered for the competition, your notebooks have to finish running by that time!\n- The competition will then be frozen. Two notebooks from each team will be re-run on the final hidden test set. If you do not select your two notebooks, the ones with best score on Public leaderboard will be automatically selected for this rerun.\n- We are hoping to post final results on the [Private Leaderboard](https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/stanford-rna-3d-folding-2/leaderboard?tab=private) by the end of next week, April 4, 2026.\n- We anticipate that some notebooks may be competitive with the top expert RNA groups in the world. If you’d like to find out, you may be interested in setting up your notebooks to enter the 17th Critical Assessment for Structure Prediction, running from April to August 2026. As a heads up, the dry run for servers begins on April 13, 2026. More info is available on the [CASP17 page](https://predictioncenter.org/casp17/index.cgi).\n\nGood luck to all!",

"3428895": "Hello organizers,\n\nI am writing regarding my final submission selection for the Stanford RNA 3D Folding Part 2 competition.\n\nI accidentally selected the wrong notebook as my final submission before the deadline.\n\nThe notebook currently selected is:\n“stanford-rna-3d-folding-top1-rankv2” \nScript Version ID: `305282320`\n\nThe notebook I intended to select is:\n“stanford-rna-3d-folding-top2-repro” \nScript Version ID: `305272028`\n\nBoth notebooks were completed successfully and scored before the competition deadline. The intended notebook is my highest-scoring valid submission on the public leaderboard, and I would like to ask whether it is still possible to update my final selected submission before the private leaderboard is finalized.\n\nFor reference:\nCurrent selection: https://www.kaggle.com/code/hlf111/stanford-rna-3d-folding-top1-rankv2?scriptVersionId=305282320 \nIntended selection: https://www.kaggle.com/code/hlf111/stanford-rna-3d-folding-top2-repro?scriptVersionId=305272028\n\nI understand if changes are not possible after the deadline, but I wanted to check in case there is any way to correct an accidental selection.\n\nThank you very much for your time and help.\n\nBest regards, \nhlf111",
