  "content": "<p>I forked a notebook to get started in this competition, and it seems to use a module known as <code>biopython</code>. When I tried to submit the submission file, it wouldn't allow me as the internet was used while running the code. Does this mean no Python libraries can be installed for this competition? Sorry if it's a basic question, I'm not very familiar with competitions.</p>",
