      "content": "<p>It seems there is something wrong with the Kaggle website. I get the same error.</p>\n<p>I tried selecting each main folder/file and downloading them one at a time. It worked. I know this is not the best solution, but at least it is a way to access the data. </p>\n<p>There are 3 folders and 5 files. So, you would need to repeat the process 8 times.</p>",
