      "content": "<p>I'm just guessing here: Maybe it means a chronic (ongoing) condition aggravated by a sudden onset of more dangerous symptoms (acute). For instance, a diabetic getting into a comma given a lethal spike in blood sugar could be diagnosed as chronic and accute diabetis. </p>",
