      "content": "<p>You have to create a notebook with internet disabled, and there you have to write a code for submission. Just be sure that you should not use your own submission file, it will load private test directory which has lots more data than public one, so if size mismatch while submission you will get error. </p>",

          "content": "<p>Sorry but i think you cant, you may use kaggle api, but i've never done that. You can create jpg darasets in your computer and upload them as dataset in kaggle, then you can import them in your kaggle notebook.</p>",
