And both times the download was interrupted after 400GB. Maybe there is a torrent link to the files? Or maybe there is an alternative host?</p>",

The previous one, Kaggle was providing Google Cloud Platform credits.   I see someone promoting GCP. Are credits available? Is there a benefit to doing it this way?   </p>",
