  "content": "<p>I have kaggle-1.5.6 installed, but when I use the command \"kaggle competitions download -c rsna-intracranial-hemorrhage-detection\" to download data, it shows \"404 - Not Found\".</p>\n\n<p>Does anyone have the same problem?</p>",
