          "content": "<p>The worst part is that the Kernel preparation time counts as GPU time. I didn't run a kernel but the allowable GPU time dropped by 2 hours while I was waiting.</p>",

          "content": "<p>Thanks - that sounds like a good option working in a local/cloud environment... I'm using Kaggle kernels so by default I think I depend on the Kaggle dataset (it changed from stage 1 to stage 2 now). I just lost 1 hour from my GPU quota trying to startup the kernel :S</p>",
