  "content": "<p>Hi all,</p>\n\n<p>This is my first 2-stage competition, so I want to make sure I understand the rules correctly. </p>\n\n<p>Do we all have to upload our models again at the end of stage-2? Or just the winners since they have to submit their models in order to fulfill part of the \"winners' obligations?\" Also, what is the definition of winners? Everyone who received a medal or only top 10?</p>\n\n<p>Also, if I have commented out some code in my submitted model, can I uncomment them in stage 2 training? Technically I am not making any code changes..</p>\n\n<p>Thanks in advance. And good luck to everyone in stage 2.</p>\n\n<p><a href=\"/juliaelliott\">@juliaelliott</a> </p>",
