  "content": "<p>The dateline for submitting your stage 1 code is coming close, in fact it will be in a couple of hours! It is officially set at November 4th @ 11:59pm UTC.\nTo be eligible to proceed one will need to upload all the code in the <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/rsna-intracranial-hemorrhage-detection/team\">team </a>section of the competition. We are allowed two submissions (for the final submission at the end of Stage 2), so when uploading, be sure to zip the up all the code files that you are going to use for Stage 2.</p>\n\n<p>Stage 2 will begin tomorrow: which means a <strong>New test set  is uploaded</strong>.\nWhat we know about stage 2\n- 27GB new test set\n- Stage 2 train set is a combination of Stage 1 train + test data\n- Stage 1 test labels will be revealed\n- Allowed to retrain on new stage 2 train set, but no further changes in code\n- only allowed change in code is to change filename path</p>\n\n<p>Important dates from the <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/rsna-intracranial-hemorrhage-detection/overview/timeline\">competition timeline</a>\n- November 11, 2019 - Stage 2 ends &amp; Final submission deadline.\n- November 25, 2019 - Solutions &amp; Other Winners Obligations due from winners.\n(It's at that time that the host will compare your locked-in stage 1 code with your final stage 2 code to ensure you have not violated any rules.)</p>\n\n<p>It is important to be aware of these limitations for stage 2, as not to be disqualified. I guess the terminalology of \"model\" is the confusing part as the \"model\" could indeed encapsulate all 20+ models :)</p>",
