  "content": "<p>Pretty new here and the previous competitions that I was in we are required to do inference in 120 minutes for the output file to be eligible to be submitted. In this case, does the same rule apply? Does that mean we cannot just upload a csv file that we have trained and predicted from our machine to Kaggle in the second stage? Are kernel-only competition and two-stage competition (this one) mutually exclusive?</p>\n\n<p>Thanks in advance!</p>",
