  "content": "<p>Hi All, </p>\n\n<p>I had downloaded the competition data from Kaggle to Google Cloud using api. But whenever I am trying to import pydicom in Cloud, I am getting error message \"No Module named Pydicom\". I tried installing both dicom and Pydicom in cloud, still its not working. Any pointers could be off great help. </p>",

Whenever I create with TensorFlow framework, python version is 2.7.13 while on using Pytorch+FastAI framework, it is 3.6.4. Looks like Pydicom is not working in Python 2.7.13 while it works without any issues in 3.6.4.. </p>",
