I have not found a way to restart the process at the failed position.</p>\n\n<p>Please try to arrange the data in 2 or better 3 zips if possible. This will increase the opportunity to get the data. So it can be happen that the download takes more than 24 hours for this bunch of data and some provider swap their IP for private connections every 24 hours. In this case the \"kaggle\" downloader  is hanging and the the connection is broken. I have not found a way to restart the process at the failed position.</p>\n\n<p>Please try to arrange the data in 2 or better 3 zips if possible. This will increase the opportunity to get the data.
