  "content": "<p>I try to download the data using the api, however I get an error message:</p>\n\n<pre><code>oystein@brain:/storage$ kaggle competitions download -c rsna-intracranial-hemorrhage-detection\n429 - Too Many Requests\n</code></pre>\n\n<p>Anyone got the same issue and how can I solve this? I also notice that it starts downloading the dcm files individually. I expected a zip archive.</p>",
