"content": "<p>On behalf of the organizers and RSNA, the host organization of this challenge, I want to thank all the participants for their contributions and the work they put into this extraordinary research effort. We are truly impressed with what you have accomplished and the potential impact that it will have on patient care and the practice of radiology.</p>\n<p>We understand that, partly due to the complexity of the task and size of the dataset, some competitors experienced delays that may have affected their inability to complete their final submissions by last night’s deadline. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that sufficient resources are available to meet the spike in demand as the deadline approaches. In fairness to participants who completed their submissions on time, we cannot extend the competition deadline. Any effort to do so at this point would undoubtedly cause more controversy than it would solve. However, we again want to communicate our appreciation of your work and our hope that the experience has been productive for you. We look forward to bringing additional challenges to the Kaggle in the future and promise to continue learning from this community to improve future efforts.</p>",
