From my experiments so far, using that to crop out vessels, etc did not work for me. Could be because of poor quality of segmentations, might be bugs in my code. I don't have much experience with sampling crops , training on patches , etc so I am not entirely sure why it did not work for me. I will be giving it another go with the better segmentation model, within the next couple of days.</p>",

Don't take my word for it though - I spent about 3 weeks training segmentation models, so I wasted quite some time there and 2 of my teammates turned out ghosts, so I have not been giving too much attention to my experiments, since I had a lot of things to try out and I was basically solo. I just spent like a day implementing and running something, and if it did not seem to work, I just moved to the next idea. Hope this helps :)</p>",
