  "content": "<p>Just wondering if anyone has had any success with segmentations. I spent a few weeks or so and finally have a pretty decent segmentation model for vessels (~0.63 DICE, ~0.94 recall). However, using segmentations has been quite challenging, and seemingly redundant. Has anyone been able to achieve good results with segmentations? I have tried multiple approaches to use segmentations 2D,3D both, including some of the previous top solutions, but to no avail. </p>",
