Is anyone else facing this issue? Is there some problem with submissions?</p>",

      "content": "<p>It's likely due to some instability in server. We experienced the same issue, some submissions were ok and one failed. <br>\nBut our most recent submission worked, so it's proably safe to submit again</p>",
