  "content": "<p>Hello,<br>\nWhile converting the series dicom data to nifti, I noticed that there are 15 cases that failed with error <strong>Missing dicom files</strong>. On checking it further i noticed: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>11 / 15 were multiple stacked volume.</li>\n<li>4/15 were like black and white images (not multli-stacked volumes).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Could you please confirm if this behavior is expected for such cases or I might be doing something wrong in the conversion process?</p>\n<p>The following are the series uids and slicer screenshots for the 15 These images have a \"scale\" or \"ruler\" of sorts burnt in to the images, and this reflects real world data that we received from the participating institutions.</p>\n<p>The other 4 that you show that are black/white don't seem right. Are you able to re-window these to better see the image contrast? What is the mean/mode/max/min pixel value? Also, what conversion method are you using? A quick fix for these is to set Rescale Slope (0028,1053) to 1 and Rescale Intercept (0028,1052) to 0 in the DICOM header and then see if the scaling looks normal after conversion. </p>",

These images have a \"scale\" or \"ruler\" of sorts burnt in to the images, and this reflects real world data that we received from the participating institutions.</p>\n<p>The other 4 that you show that are black/white don't seem right. Are you able to re-window these to better see the image contrast? What is the mean/mode/max/min pixel value? Also, what conversion method are you using?               "content": "<p>OK great. Yes I think these both look correct. Its probably just the scaling issue for the 4 remaining studies in question. A quick fix for these is to set Rescale Slope (0028,1053) to 1 and Rescale Intercept (0028,1052) to 0 in the DICOM header and then see if the scaling looks normal after conversion. </p>",

    "3274727": "Hello,\nWhile converting the series dicom data to nifti, I noticed that there are 15 cases that failed with error **Missing dicom files**. On checking it further i noticed: \n- 11 / 15 were multiple stacked volume.\n- 4/15 were like black and white images (not multli-stacked volumes).\n\nCould you please confirm if this behavior is
