While working on setting my pre-processing pipeline, I have come across 10 cases where the location and perhaps the CT slice (SOPInstanceUID) containing the centre of an aneurysm might be incorrect. Sometimes it looks like it could be on the correct slice, but not at the right location (i.e. coordinates are wrong); sometimes it is clear that is not on the correct slice.
\nThe most obvious case is for SeriesInstanceUID 1.2.826.0.1.3680043.8.498.17677548211553545296698864792051352427, where the slice supposedly containing the centre of the aneurysm is a scout (coordinates shown with a red +):
