  "content": "<p>I'm running into some errors in submission because my model requires <code>tensorflow==2.10.1</code> but the current version in my kaggle environment is 2.6.4. Is there a known way to upgrade tensorflow during the offline submission run?</p>\n<p>I managed to download and install the pip packages for tensorflow using <code>pip download</code> but I believe I also need to be able to run this <code>conda install</code> offline somehow:<br>\n<code>conda install -c conda-forge cudatoolkit=11.2 cudnn=8.1.0</code></p>\n<p>Any help would be appreciated!</p>",
