I'm new to Kaggle and I wanted to share a notebook that can help you create the necessary wheel files for your submission. </p>\n<p>Since internet must be disabled for submission, all your dependencies must come attached as a dataset.</p>\n<p>The notebook requires you to specify a requirements.txt file, then it will create a dataset that can be attached to your submission notebook.
