It seems that CMMD has non-commertial license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/), so I'm not sure if it allows use it in this competition (where de facto money is to be won).

I was suggesting the license included in the source kaggle dataset, which was used by the author of the post. ( https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/tommyngx/cmmd2022)
