The data description mentions that information about required transformation can be retrieved from NIFTI and DICOM metadata. Perhaps, the challenge organizers (or anybody who knows the details) could provide a bit more clarification about transformation that should be applied to segmentation file in order to align it properly with dicom data?</p>",
