  "content": "<p>I have loaded the model and gave prediction, everything works well when I 'save and commit'. but when I try to submit prediction it runs for 8-9 hours then gives error 'notebook threw exception' and no additonal info. I have not made any assumptipon about dataset, just load from test path. any idea how to resolve this?</p>",

These are hard to debug when you can't see the output!  You could try to run your notebook on the training data instead of the test data to see if it hits a problem somewhere, as the test data (3 patients) might not expose the problem.  If you exceed memory or disk space limits, you will get something like <br>\n\"Notebook Exceeded Allowed Compute\"</p>",
