  "content": "<p><strong>I have changed the original segmentation mask for this challenge and would like to make it available to everyone.</strong></p>\n<p>During data analysis, I discovered that segmentation masks were flipped, and I confirmed that others in the discussion had similar issue. In addition, the organizer of RSNA challenge included the following terms in the data description:<br>\n<em>\"Please be aware that the NIFTI files consist of segmentation in the sagittal plane, while the DICOM files are in the axial plane. Please use the NIFTI header information to determine the appropriate orientation such that the DICOM images and segmentation match. Otherwise, you run the risk of having the segmentations flipped in the Z axis and mirrored in the X axis.\"</em></p>\n<p><strong>The following is the details of my dataset changes, and the modified mask files were uploaded <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/google\" target=\"_blank\">@google</a> drive with a single compressed file.</strong></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Origin value of mask was replaced from DICOM header</li>\n<li>Segmentation masks were well matched with DICOM images</li>\n<li>Saved into 'nii.gz' instead of 'nii'</li>\n</ol>\n<p>link : <a href=\"https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UbuijzxOsiWJqOMoJJ6tiaXLbNrVxzC7/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\">https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UbuijzxOsiWJqOMoJJ6tiaXLbNrVxzC7/view?usp=sharing</a></p>",
