It's up to you to determine which slices show the fracture (and which vertebrae they might be C1,C2,…C7).  The train_bounding_boxes.csv file gives you boxes around <strong><em>some</em></strong> breaks, although it is not clear that the break is visible on all the slices in that box.  I believe that is because a radiologist marked a volume (ROI) on the 3D view of the scans and all those boxes on each slice are reported.  Thus the break might not be apparent in each slice of the ROI.</p>\n<p>Hope this is helpful.</p>",
