"content": "<p>Hello,\nI would like to use this package EfficientNet-PyTorch\nWhen I trained my kernel it was alright because I could use pip install\nBut in my notebook to generate the submission.csv I need efficientNet to load my model (that I generated and save) to use on the test.csv data.\nThen I have a problem saying that I can't submit my file because I can't use internet in this competition.\nIs there anyway to use pytorch-efficientNet without having this problem.\nThank you in advance.</p>",
