  "content": "<p>I met an issue when I trying to read the image through skimage.io.MultiImage. It said I need to have imagecodecs package to compress the jpeg data. But I didn't have the same issue before, and since we can't turn on the internet at submission notebook, how can I install the imagecodecs under this situation? Did anyone encounter the same issue?</p>\n\n<p>Thanks</p>\n\n<p>Also if you are not in submission notebook, you can turn on the internet and pip install the imagecodecs package to solve this issue.</p>\n\n<p>Version of skimage == 0.16.2</p>",
