  "content": "<p>Since I am relevantly new to Kaggle, I wanted to ask a couple of questions: </p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Instead of using Python or R, does this competition allow workflows written with MATLAB or Julia? </li>\n<li>Also, is there a general rule to find out if a specific competition allows other programming languages besides R and Python? </li>\n</ol>",
