The issue was the creation of a submission file. This was because the file called '.tiff' was not loaded through the skimage module when test img was called.</p>",

          "content": "<p>In my case, there was a problem reading the file when predicting the test case. This was because the '.tiff' file could not be read. If you look at the get_image function in the <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/madfalcon/inceptionv3-keras-dummy-training-v1?scriptVersionId=33502193#%EC%9D%B4%EB%AF%B8%EC%A7%80-%ED%98%B8%EC%B6%9C\">link</a>, the setting to load the '.tiff' file was commented out. I understand that the private test case provided by this competetion is loaded in '.tiff' format.</p>",
