  "content": "<p>I had a question for those more experienced with Whole Slide Images. In this competition we are given masks with the data stored in the RED channel according to its score. This is my first time working with such data and as I am doing research it seems like many other times the annotations are stored in XML formats.  Is there a conversion between these or pros/cons to the methodlogies?</p>",

However, those made with for example <a href=\"https://computationalpathologygroup.github.io/ASAP/\">ASAP</a> are more suitable for region, bounding box or point annotations. For full segmentation masks, like we use in this competition, masks are more suitable in my opinion. Happy to hear your thoughts on this!</p>",
