  "content": "<p>I wanted to share a notebook about handling the very large images. The idea is to read the image in bit-by-bit, resize those bits and finally stitch them all back together. The code took the better part of the weekend to implement, but it works !!</p>\n<p>Please do take a look and offer thoughts and advice. Specifically, I am keen to explore code optimization (the present version is rather clumsy, I think) and radical new approaches to solve the issue.
