  "content": "<p>Hi, I understood that the images were gathered from different centers and all converted to TIF format in order to make it easier.</p>\n<p>But I have a question. The images were generated using the same parameters? Same MRI model? Do all the pictures have the same features? do you have a list of priors that were possibly inject to generate contrast? (for each image).</p>\n<p>Many thanks<br>\nFelipe</p>",

      "content": "<p>Felipe,<br>\nThese are Digital Pathology Images, not MRIs, and yes, the slide preparation processes may differ across sites.  Hence, you may want to look into stain normalization methodologies (I believe this was covered in other threads as well)</p>",
