  "content": "<p>Has anyone successfully run the following command?</p>\n<p><code>kaggle competitions download -c ClimSim</code></p>\n<p>When I run it in my environment, I get the following error:</p>\n<p><code>403 - Forbidden - Permission 'competitions.participate' was denied</code></p>\n<p>Of course, I have agreed to the participation rules for the LEAP competition, and the following command runs successfully and allows me to download the data:</p>\n<p><code>kaggle competitions download -c leap-atmospheric-physics-ai-climsim</code></p>",
