  "content": "<p>Dataset description mentioned that there are 5 subtypes of cancer plus \"Other\" category, but did not mentioned if this \"Other\" category only exist on WSI or TMA or both?</p>\n<p>As far as I understood from discussions, by \"Other\" means either outliers or other cancer subtypes!</p>\n<p>any insight from experts in this field?</p>",

      "content": "<p>I am not an 'expert in this field', but I think I can answer these :-)</p>\n<ol>\n<li><p>'Other' exist in both WSI's and TMA's. At least for public test set. <br>\nIn fact 25% of 'Other's in public test set are from TMA's, (This assumed &lt;5k in width,height images are TMA's)</p></li>\n<li><p>'Other' is 'Rare Subtypes' as discussed in the host-linked presentation to: [<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/UBC-OCEAN/discussion/452360]\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/UBC-OCEAN/discussion/452360]</a>.</p></li>\n</ol>",
