During training, the real images showed a higher CV score(0.64 on effnet-b3), but there was little improvement on the test set(0.18 -&gt; 0.19).</p>\n<p>However, if we believe that the network can learn the knowledge about scaling, it may be acceptable to use thumbnails for both training and testing.</p>\n<p>So, which option should I choose: thumbnails or cropped real images?</p>",
