      "content": "<p>you can't download whole test set.<br>\nwhen you submit your code, kaggle run your code to check running successfully and then run again to make score about your code.<br>\nat that moment, kaggle use 28% real test set in real test.csv. so you just can use only 41.png for testing your submit code.</p>",

          "content": "<p>Hi, Sorry for late.<br>\nI am also new and getting know about kaggle. so it can be wrong.<br>\nI am using 2 kaggle notebooks. first one is for training, the other one is for submission. I train and save my model at training notebook and download it to my local computer. after then I upload my model to submission notebook.<br>\nyou can upload not only model weight also other things like dataset that you made. you can easily find how to add-data on your kaggle notebook.</p>",
